We are now looking for a Sales Manager EMEA Industrial OEM Business (m/f/d) to join our European Sales Team.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Accountable for revenue growth top and bottom-line sales targets
Sales management and business development end-to-end for direct and indirect OEM accounts
Builds long-term growth opportunities negotiating Long Term Contracts for existing and new accounts
Establish professional working relationship up to the C-level and develop long term business partnerships
Optimize investments/partner compensation to ensure the best balance between strategic development and promotional tactics
Understand supply chain activities and actively participates in managing product supply and rollovers at OEM account level
Interfaces with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs
What are we expecting
University or Bachelors degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred and/or equivalent sales experience in industrial print business
15 years of experience in the printing industry; minimum 10 years of experience in a management function
Strong collaboration and communication skills - working with a broader international team
Experience in working in an international environment
Customer/Partner & solution oriented
Strong negotiation skills with Senior Management level
Strategic Business & Sales Planning and drive to find new opportunities
Budget Management & Cost Optimization
Ability to build relationships internally and externally interfacing at all levels
Partner Management knowledge
Fluent German and English add. languages welcome
