Why Your Role Matters:
As Team Leader Case Review you will play a key role in ensuring fair consistent and compassionate outcomes for students seeking special consideration and fee remission. Youll oversee the day-to-day efficiency of the Case Review team guide complex case matters and help strengthen processes that support students across diverse backgrounds. Working closely with the Manager Case Review youll contribute to a student-centred service built on compliance integrity and empathy.

You bring experience in managing complex or sensitive case matters along with highly developed communication skills and the ability to guide and influence others. Compassion attention to detail and fairness are central to your approach ensuring every student is assessed impartially against key criteria.
