As a Registered Nurse (RN) atMilaca Elim Meadows youll provide compassionate high-quality care to residents administer medications and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Shifts Available:
Days 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM (Part-Time)
Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM (Part-Time)
Nights 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Wage Range:$34.91 - $39.63 / hour depending on experience
Shift Differential:
Nights$4 /hour
Bonus:
$5000 (Part-Time)
$10000 (Full-Time)
$15000 (Full-Time Nights)
Location:730 2nd St. SE Milaca MN 56353
Registered Nurse responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- Must have current MN RNlicense.
- CPR/ BLS certification preferred or willing to get.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
