Youll turn data into actionable insights optimize CRM tools and leverage systems to help drive efficiency across the sales organization. This role is hybrid and based in Irvine CA. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance of the Irvine office and available to be on-site three days per week.
What you will do:
- Deliver exceptional service to all business partners building trust and becoming a reliable go-to resource.
- Maintain accurate territory structures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to review and adjust territories as needed.
- Develop and manage quota-setting processes to support revenue objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to validate all data outputs to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Oversee key operational activities such as quarterly reviews updates and reporting.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables and adherence to established timelines.
- Create and deliver insightful reports to support decision-making across the sales organization.
- Proactively analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives to implement best practices and scalable solutions within Commercial Strategy.
- Work closely with sales finance and other business functions to align processes and priorities.
- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy in data-driven decisions.
What you will need:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing Data Analytics or a related field required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Operations Commercial Strategy or a similar analyticalrole.
- Proficient in using reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to interpret and present insights.
- Advanced Excel skills(e.g. index match pivot tables)and comfort working with large datasets.
Preferred:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate business requirements into actionableinsights.
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferably Salesforce; experience with configuration or development is a plus.
- Proven experience managing territory alignment and quota planning processes.
- Experience with Salesforce administration or development including integration and customization.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations and forecasting methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and implementing scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with incentive design principles and territory optimization strategies.
$67500 - $94000 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
