Job Profile Summary
We are seeking a motivated technical marketing professional to drive adoption of advanced digital solutions for semiconductor process optimization. This role combines technical expertise customer engagement and project management to accelerate technology deployment and deliver measurable impact. This position is open to all Taiwan offices as work based location.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Software Adoption: Promote proprietary software usage through technical guidance demos and training.
- Provide Technical Support: Resolve software escalations and assist BUs field engineers and customers.
- Enable Process Optimization: Deliver insights to improve performance using advanced software tools.
- Facilitate Technology Integration: Conduct workshops and implement BU-recommended actions for new technology.
- Manage Training & Resources: Develop structured training programs and maintain software portal content.
- Lead Reviews: Prepare and present technical analyses for executive and customer meetings.
- Act as Liaison: Align customer feedback with BU feature evaluations and roadmap.
- Coordinate Projects: Define objectives manage release/deployment activities and provide status updates.
- Identify Gaps & Opportunities: Analyze metrology capability gaps to inform future solutions.
- Project Leadership: Develop project plans and lead cross-functional teams from conception to implementation.
Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in Engineering Physics Chemistry or Materials.
- 510 years in semiconductor process engineering (300mm R&D or high-volume manufacturing).
- Proficient in AppliedPRO for process optimization and data analysis.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cultures and functions.
- Programming knowledge (Python Matlab JMP) is a plus.
- Language: Japanese proficiency is a plus (role includes 20% support for Japan).
