About the role:
At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as aRetailAssistantyour key focus is to ensure this - This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.
Duties Include:
- Always have asafety focusto ensure your safety and that of your teammates & customers
- Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers
- Use your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards
- Process stock; receive dispatch & store
- Be an enthusiastic cooperative & collaborative Repco team member and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Note this role will require lifting bending & climbing.
Skills & experience:
This is a very customer focusedpositionsoyoullnaturally be a people person and a passionate customer service expert ideally withpreviousretailand/or customer service experience. Fulltraining will be given on the products we sell however an interest in automotive is a plus. But if customer service is your passion and where you thrive we like that sound of that too! You must be confident working in aretail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers. Yourstrong communicationskills and excellent phone manner will be complimented by your team-focused and can do attitude.
