Job Summary

One of our prestigious clients in the United Arab Emirates is looking for experienced Tendering & Estimation Engineers to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare accurate cost estimates budgets and BOQs for projects.
Analyze tender documents drawings specifications and contractual requirements.
Prepare and submit tenders quotations and technical/commercial proposals.
Coordinate with engineering procurement and project teams to obtain pricing and technical inputs.
Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness.
Identify project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Maintain records of tenders estimates and pricing data.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical or relevant field).
Proven experience in tendering and estimation in construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQs costing and tender preparation processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in estimation software MS Excel and relevant tools.
Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills.
UAE experience is an added advantage.
