Tableau SSRはSalesforceの営業活動を技術面から支える重要な組織です当部門では見積もり作成プロセスの効率化と精度向上を通じて営業チームの生産性向上とカスタマーエクスペリエンスの最適化を実現しています社内各ステークホルダーとの協業を通じて営業チームのオペレーション工数削減営業活動の時間創出プロセス効率化を実現しています特にTableau製品のQuote業務を中心とした営業支援によりSalesforceの売上成長に直接貢献する重要な役割を担っています

Role Description:

Tableau SSRSales Support RepresentativeとしてTableauパートナー案件および特定アカウント向けの見積もり作成業務を中心とした営業支援を担当していただきます商談作成見積書作成送付まで一連のプロセスを通じて営業チームの生産性向上を支援します社内ステークホルダーとの連携により複雑な価格体系やライセンス構成への対応も行い円滑な業務フローの促進とボトルネック解消を実現していただきます

下記のような業務を担っていただきます

  • Salesforceを使った商談見積もり作成業務
  • 作成した商談見積もりについて営業部門へ連携(社内コミュニケーションツール使用)

Basic Requirements:

  • Salesforce CRMシステムの基本操作経験
  • 営業支援業務または顧客サポート業務の実務経験 2年以上
  • ExcelGoogle Spreadsheetでのデータ管理分析スキル
  • メールChatterSlackを用いたマルチチャネルコミュニケーション能力
  • 詳細な作業手順書に基づく正確な業務遂行能力

Preferred Requirements:

  • 営業プロセスの全体像把握
  • 英語での読み書きスキルマニュアル参照レベル
  • チームワークとクロスファンクショナル協業経験
