About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Onboarding Account Manager fluent in Hebrew to join a dynamic international team in this hybrid role you will guide new clients through the onboarding process help them launch and optimise their digital marketing and PPC campaigns and act as a trusted advisor. Youll build strong relationships understand client goals tailor strategic solutions manage CRM data accurately and support long-term client success. Your work will contribute directly to client satisfaction and business growth.
What You Bring
- Native or fluent Hebrew (C2) and strong English (B2 or higher)
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); background in marketing communication or business is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in onboarding client services sales or account management ideally with exposure to digital marketing or campaign-driven work
- Demonstrated ability to use CRM systems and manage client data effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal comfortable engaging with clients professionally and confidently
- Self-motivated results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while meeting targets
- Strategic thinking and an ability to adapt proposals to client needs and market insights
