Schichtleiter (m/w/d) in der Produktion

Ihre Hauptaufgaben in Voll-Kontischicht:

• Personalführung: Verantwortung für Ihr Schichtteam innerhalb einer Produktionsschicht unter Einhaltung aller Vorgaben vor allem im Arbeits- Brand- und Umweltschutz.

• Koordination und Kommunikation: Enger Kontakt zu vor- und nachgelagerten Produktionsbereichen sowie zu Schnittstellen um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.

• Organisation und Überwachung: Schichtplanung Produktionsprozesse Ordnung sowie Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung.

• Mitarbeiterschulung: Regelmäßige Durchführung von Erst- und Folgeeinweisungen des Fertigungspersonal.

• Verantwortung für Schichtziele: Erreichung der Schichtziele in Bezug auf Qualität und Quantität.

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Berufserfahrungim gewerblich-technischen Bereich

• Einschlägige Berufserfahrungin der Batterieproduktion erwünscht

• Teamgeist Motivation Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsbewusstsein

• Einsatzbereitschaftfür Mitarbeit im Schichtbetrieb (Früh- Spät- Nachtschicht)

• Gute Deutschkenntnissein Wort und Schrift
