As Defence & Public Sector Account Manager (m/f/d) you will own and grow Damovos strategic engagement across Defence Public Sector and regulated industries in Europe.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer this role combines strategic account leadership with hands-on execution navigating complex public procurement landscapes and coordinating internal teams to deliver secure compliant and high-value solutions.
- Own Damovos Defence & Public Sector vertical strategy and key account relationships
- Lead complex sales cycles including tenders RFPs and framework agreements
- Develop and grow strategic accounts through long-term account planning and expansion
- Position Damovos end-to-end portfolio (UC CX Cloud Cybersecurity Digital Infrastructure)
- Act as executive sponsor for customers ensuring trust compliance and delivery alignment
- Collaborate with Sales Delivery Architecture Security and Bid teams across regions
- Track pipeline forecast accuracy and performance for the vertical
- Proven experience in Defence and/or Public Sector account management in hunter and farmer capacity
- Strong understanding of public procurement and regulated environments
- Track record with complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Confident communicator at senior and C-level
- Background in ICT or digital transformation solutions
- Fluent in German and English
- Structured accountable and collaborative leadership style
