Your Profile

Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)

Strong communication and customer focus

Organized reliable and self-driven working style

Interest in sales and business development

Technical affinity and willingness to learn

CRM experience is a plus

Experience in B2B or SME customer service

Exposure to SaaS cloud or digital products

Familiarity with CRM or sales tools
