  • Full-time On-site in Berlin

  • Working hours: MondayFriday 09:0017:00

  • Languages: German (C1) English (B2)

  • Inbound & Outbound scope

Your Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via phone email and LinkedIn

  • Identify qualify and convert leads

  • Research SME profiles decision-makers and needs

  • Present digital products and solutions clearly

  • Build and manage an outbound sales pipeline

  • Document activities accurately in CRM systems

Your Profile

  • Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)

  • Strong communication and customer focus

  • Organized reliable and self-driven working style

  • Interest in sales and business development

  • Technical affinity and willingness to learn

  • CRM experience is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B or SME customer service

  • Exposure to SaaS cloud or digital products

  • Familiarity with CRM or sales tools

  • Sales or lead generation experience

  • Career changers welcome
