Job Summary
Job Requirements & Scope
-
Previous working experience with PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) and/or Chevron Thailand Exploration & Production Ltd.
-
Experience in HSE system establishment and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
HSE System Development
-
Develop HSE policies and procedures (factory safety wastewater discharge environmental compliance).
-
Ensure alignment with Thailand Occupational Safety and Health Act and National Environmental Quality Act.
-
Establish and improve HSE management systems in line with Thai Ministry of Industry requirements.
Risk Prevention & Awareness
-
Conduct risk prevention activities and hazard identification.
-
Deliver HSE training for both local and foreign employees.
-
Provide specialized training on:
-
New employee safety induction
-
High-risk activities (working at heights welding etc.)
-
Implementation & Supervision
-
Conduct daily supervision of HSE implementation (PPE usage environmental facilities).

Coordinate with inspections from:
-
Thailand Ministry of Labor
-
Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment
-

Organize and support internal HSE audits.
