The Opportunity

Workhuman is seeking a Product Manager to join our Core Recognition product team responsible for owning and evolving a key part of the recognition experience used by millions of employees around the world.

Recognition sits at the heart of the Workhuman platform. It shapes how employees acknowledge one another how organizational values show up in daily work and how people feel connected to their teams and this role you will help define and deliver intuitive meaningful recognition experiences that drive engagement satisfaction and measurable program impact at enterprise scale.

You will work closely with Engineering Design Activation Customer Excellence and Product Marketing to bring new capabilities to life and continuously improve how recognition is discovered created and experienced across global organizations.

** This is a hybrid role which requires 3 days a week onsite in our Dublin Irelandoffice

  • Strong product leadership andoutcome-driven decision-making with the ability to define success make trade-offs and drive meaningful user and business impact.

  • High comfort operating in ambiguity translatingcomplex loosely defined problem spacesinto clear direction and executable plans.

  • Deep partnership withEngineering and Design influencing discovery delivery and iteration through strong product thinking rather than authority.

  • Clear persuasive communication skills able toshape alignment and influence decisionsacross product technology and customer-facing teams.

  • Experience usingqualitative and quantitative datato guide strategy and execution with a practical forward-looking perspective on howAI-powered capabilitiescan enhance user experiences and outcomes over time.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to:

  • Own a product area end-to-end establishing aclear product directionand maintaining a healthy outcome-oriented backlog aligned to engineering capacity.

  • Delivermeasurable improvements in engagement adoption satisfaction or quality using data to define success and inform ongoing decisions.

  • Lead discovery and experimentation efforts thatreduced risk challenged assumptions and meaningfully influenced product direction.

  • Navigate complex trade-offs across user experience technical constraints and business priorities in an enterprise environment.

  • Build strong trusted relationships with Engineering Design and cross-functional partners to drive consistent execution and alignment.

  • Clearly communicate progress priorities risks and trade-offs in roadmap reviews and leadership forums.
