SUMMARY
The Gross to Net Center of Excellence (GTN CoE) is part of the broader Global Business Services (GBS) and consists of the Chargebacks Membership and Medicaid Rebates process areas. The GTN Organization has colleagues in three locations: Memphis TN San Jose Costa Rica and Tampa FL; each playing a key role in the domestic revenue cycle. GTN CoE processes US wholesaler chargeback submissions maintains indirect customer master data and validates Medicaid state agencies rebate claims.
The Gross to Net CoE Team Lead will lead the Operational Excellence group owning critical relationships tasks and processes within the organization related to continuous improvement system maintenance training and documentation by effectively collaborating with colleagues in various locations of varying positions within Pfizer.
This position requires excellent problem-solving skills time management effective results allocation organizational agility and the ability to build strong relationships across the end-to-end process.
The ideal candidate for this role would have a well-grounded understanding of Gross to Net processes specifically Chargebacks and Membership alongside the different business drivers behind these operational activities and the downstream effects of these activities. Would have demonstrated a desire and ability to train and develop others. As well as being able to coordinate and operationalize complex solutions by being highly self-driven and self-motivated with an ability to connect with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple groups.
