Schedule Options:

• Days Rotating Weekends

• Nights Rotating Weekends

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Pay Range: $26.40 $39.60/hr (based on experience)

• Shift Differentials:

  • Nights: $4.25/hr

  • Specialty Differential: $1.50/hr

• Sign-On Bonus:

  • Days: $10000

  • Nights: $15000

Position Overview:
The ICU Registered Nurse provides high-acuity patient-centered care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced clinical interventions. This role requires strong critical thinking autonomous decision-making and collaboration within an interdisciplinary care team. The ICU RN serves as a patient and family advocate while delivering safe evidence-based care in a fast-paced intensive care environment. Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments

• Perform independent clinical assessments and manage treatment plans in collaboration with providers

• Administer medications including vasoactive infusions and manage ventilated patients

• Monitor patient response to treatments and escalate care as clinically indicated

• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses medications and care plans

• Maintain accurate timely documentation in the electronic medical record

• Uphold patient safety privacy and confidentiality standards

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license

• Minimum Experience:

  • 1 year recent ICU ER or CVICU experience (within last 3 years)

  • OR 2 years PCU/IMCU experience

• Associate Degree in Nursing required

• Certifications:

  • BLS (within 30 days of hire)

  • ACLS (within 6 months of hire)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• CCRN certification

• Strong critical thinking adaptability and teamwork skills

Additional Post-Hire Certifications:

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 90 days
