Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) PACU
Location: Hackensack NJ
Pay Rate From: $58 $60/hr (W2)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (PACU) to provide post-anesthesia and recovery care in a fast-paced acute care setting in Hackensack NJ. This role supports patient safety recovery and evidence-based nursing practice across PACU ICU and Pre-Op areas as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 recent years of PACU and/or Critical Care experience (Required).
At least 1 year of acute hospital experience (Required).
PACU- or ICU-trained RN (Required).
Strong Telemetry background; telemetry certification required.
Ability to work 410-hour shifts (40 hours/week).
Responsibilities:
Assess plan implement and evaluate post-anesthesia nursing care.
Provide comprehensive PACU care including airway management monitoring and pain control.
Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care based on patient acuity.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions per physician orders and protocols.
Prioritize patient safety and manage care for assigned patients.
Document nursing care accurately in accordance with regulatory standards.
Support evidence-based practice and patient-centered care delivery.
Float and assist in PACU ICU and Pre-Op areas as needed.
