Our team partners with WMUS but focuses on off-shore opportunities identifying and executing strategies that accelerate Walmarts presence in international markets. We operate with agility cultural awareness and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Your work will directly influence our ability to deliver data-driven solutions and support business growth across regions. What youll do:
- Oversee operational strategy and execution for Data Ventures in international markets.
- Drive process improvements and scalability for global data initiatives.
- Collaborate with product technology analytics and commercial teams to deliver outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and data governance.
- Monitor performance metrics identify risks and optimize operations.
- Experience leading operational frameworks for global or multi-region projects.
- Strong knowledge of international data trends and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to manage resources budgets and vendor relationships.
- Expertise in change management and adoption of new technologies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $130000.00 - $260000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations or related field and 6 years experience in operations project
management or related area OR 8 years experience in operations project management or related area.
4 years supervisory experience.
