You will oversee the coordination of education programs that comply with local and federal regulations ensure that facilities are maintained manage and support the child care staff.

Compensation: $50000-$60000
State-of-the-Art Classrooms: The successful Child Care Director applicant will have demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of a daycare center or nursery school as well as strong leadership skills. You should display a friendly demeanor have a love for children and strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment for both children and teachers. - Center Directors lead by example demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees by creating an environment of trust and rapport and easily relates to diverse groups of people.
- Center Directors maintain the physical daycare center environment and all health/safety standard operating procedures are always in full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Center Directors ensure childcare center is always fully staffed with high performing child care teachers by actively sourcing training coaching and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Center Directors guide our child care teachers by using their passion for learning to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to drive the curriculum making TLE a fun place for children to learn play and grow.
- Center Directors deliver consistent business results measured through family retention and conversion enrollment growth and business operations.
- Center Directors effectively engages prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours and organizes and executes community marketing events to drive awareness and enrollment available.
