Job Summary

Pay Range:

$32.58 - $48.87

A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.

HSHS St. Marys Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) or Cardiovascular Tech to join our Cardiac Cath Lab supporting cardiac catheterization peripheral vascular procedures and structural heart procedures. Ideal candidates are patient focused mission driven individuals responsible for operating angiography machines recording procedural data and handling catheterization equipment and devices.

Department: Cath Lab
Core Function: Imaging
Schedule: Full time 36 hrs/wk Days 7am-3:30pm/7:30am4pm with on call rotation
Facility: St. Marys Hospital
Location: Green Bay WI
Sign On Bonus: up to $20000 (sign on bonus and amount dependent on position and FTE)

Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist (Rad Tech)
Education Qualifications

  • Associates degree in radiologic technology allied health applied science or completion of certificate/training program is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • Experience in radiology/diagnostic imaging is preferred.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed Radiographer in the state of practice is required.
  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Cardiovascular Invasive Technician (CVT Tech)
Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • Completion of a certificate/training program or an Associates degree in health sciences is preferred (including but not limited to cardiovascular technology respiratory therapy nursing or emergency medical services).

Experience Qualifications

  • 1 year of direct patient care experience is required.

  • Previous cath lab or procedural experience is preferred.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

  • One of the following is required: Licensure in the state of practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
    Respiratory Therapist (RT) Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic OR graduate from an accredited cardiovascular technology program.

  • Certification or registry eligible as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) is preferred.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
