Position Summary
The Strategic Account & OEM Project Manager supports strategic accounts and OEM/ODM initiatives by acting as a cross-functional coordinator and decision facilitator between Sales R&D Engineering Supply Chain and China-based manufacturing partners.
This role emphasizes communication critical thinking and execution speed combining project coordination with data-driven analysis to balance customer needs technical feasibility cost and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate OEM/ODM projects across Sales R&D Engineering Supply Chain and overseas factories ensuring alignment on scope cost timeline and feasibility
- Evaluate and synthesize inputs from customer feedback factory technical assessments internal discussions and market research; identify risks gaps and key questions early
- Support OEM/ODM project scoping feasibility evaluation and early-stage decision-making
- Manage multiple projects in parallel and provide clear action-oriented updates to stakeholders
- Support Sales in client-facing discussions and presentations explaining product concepts technical constraints and trade-offs when needed
- Conduct ODM-related data analysis and ETL tasks including project tracking and market or performance reporting
- Support market and competitive analysis (e.g. China and North America markets) to inform product positioning and OEM/ODM strategy
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to process optimization and SOP development
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above in Business Engineering Supply Chain Analytics or related fields
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred (project coordination OEM/ODM business analysis operations or related roles)
- Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments under time pressure
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity cross-time-zone collaboration and multi-project environments
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis ETL or reporting is a plus
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required due to frequent communication with China-based factories and partners
Role Scope
- No direct sales quota responsibility
- No ownership of detailed engineering design
- Supports Sales and leadership through structured analysis coordination and execution
