We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps & Python Developer passionate about creating robust and scalable web applications from scratch. This person will not only serve as a developer but also as the individual responsible for our infrastructure and the reliable functioning of our our projects we utilize technologies such as GCP AWS on-premise cloud Gitlab Terraform Kubernetes (Helm skaffold) Python Go and TypeScript. Role & Responsibilities:
Developing and deploying web applications
Support the team in managing our infrastructure tools and CI/CD.
Monitor and optimize our existing and new projects.
Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.
Implementation of best practices for code quality security maintainability and performance optimization.
Maintenance and bug fixing: address bug reports troubleshoot issues and conduct regular code reviews.
Ensuring that the code is secure and resistant to common vulnerabilities with a strong focus on secure coding practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Python development/ DevOps role with a strong emphasis on web application development.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Ability to build the infrastructure from scratch
Familiarity with CI/CD IaaS and monitoring solutions like Gitlab Terraform Grafana Prometheus Loki.
Experience with load balancing and CDN administration of Linux systems
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP) as well as on-premises infrastructure solutions.
Ability to work effectively in Unix-based environments (MacOS or Linux) and familiarity with command-line tools and scripting.
Designing and implementing from scratch solutions with scalability and high availability in mind capable of serving users from all over the world.
