Job Summary
The Headteacher of this welcoming and well-led secondary school in Essex is looking to appoint a Music Early Career Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced Music department from January. Music plays an important role in the schools curriculum supporting creativity performance and student engagement across all key stages.
This role offers an excellent start for an ECT seeking strong mentoring a calm working environment and clear expectations. The Music department is collaborative and experienced with clear schemes of work and a strong commitment to supporting early career teachers.
You will teach Music across KS3 and KS4 delivering engaging lessons that encourage participation creativity and musical confidence. There will also be opportunities to contribute to extracurricular activities such as choirs ensembles and school productions.
