Heres a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities

Keep customer and product information up to date in Odoo.
Handle customer requests create quotes and enter orders in Odoo.
Talk to customers understand their needs and follow up.
Coordinate purchase orders with headquarters and track them.
Prepare business and shipping documents (invoices delivery notes certificates if needed).
Follow up on sales and purchase orders and solve any problems.
Record invoices and payments and manage accounts in Odoo.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Bachelors degree in International Business Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluent in English or Spanish part of the recruitment process is in this language.
Proficiency with office tools and order management systems (Odoo preferred).
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Results Orientation: Focused on achieving and exceeding organizational goals driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer service.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a dynamic and multicultural environment contributing ideas and supporting the success of the entire team.
