We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter / Specialized Recruiter to join our growing team at National Search Group Inc. supporting our specialized divisions - and .


This role requires a highly skilled communicator with a strong command of spoken English preferably with a neutral to American accent capable of building relationships and engaging talent across the U.S. market. You will be responsible for sourcing screening and connecting with qualified candidates for our diverse client base through strategic and high-volume outbound calls.

Compensation

  • Rate:ZAR per month (base) - The base pay will be dependent on the experience skills and caliber of the candidate
  • PLUS Uncapped Commission (Starting from 695 ZAR / RAND per hire)
  • Payment Method: Direct Deposit via TransferWise ()

Employment Type

  • Full-time / Permanent (100% Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting calls - averaging 100 calls per day - to identify and engage both active and passive candidates across various industries.
  • Apply strategic cold calling techniques to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews and align their skills with open roles in the U.S. market.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing screening coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate closely with division leads and hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of job orders.
  • Represent the company professionally with clear confident and American-accented English communication across all interactions (phone video and email).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2 years of proven experience in telephone-based recruiting (U.S. or international recruitment preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes and convert outreach into qualified leads.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English with clear pronunciation and near-native fluency - American accent preferred.
  • Skilled in strategic cold calling particularly targeting passive candidates.
  • Detail-oriented organized and capable of managing multiple job orders simultaneously.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated high-energy and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • High-speed internet connection (with backup preferred) noise-free workspace quality headset and reliable computer are required.

Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday: 8-hour shift
  • Friday: 4-hour shift only
  • Work Hours: U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) Business Hours
