Opening / Selling Statement Looking for a Python Developer that is experienced in data engineering principles using Python and Spark. The ideal candidate would have around 3-8 years experience that has worked both with web applications and data engineering in moving data and creating analytics in the US healthcare industry. Required Skills - Top 3-5 Key Words 1. Python 2. Spark - PySpark 3. SQL Job Duties Develop tools and techniques for improving process efficiencies and data performance. Review & test the data to ensure accuracy & validity of the data prior to uploading the data to the data lake. Troubleshooting and Analysis Oversees the delivery of business priorities in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment Job Requirements - Python Spark (PySpark) SQL Cloudera Hadoop or similar platform. HDFS/HBASE/HIVE Unit Testing Version Control: GIT - Subversion Desired Skills & Experience - 3 page max FOCUSED Resume/no grammatical errors/limited gaps Focus on Hands On Experience candidate has done not what team has done Java - Springboot Drools or similar library for decision rules Working with various data formats: JSON Yaml CSV Tab Delimited etc. OOP - Design pattern understanding CLI - Unix - Linux understanding CI: Bamboo and how to prep code for deployment Jira - Confluence Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
