Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Obstetrics Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced OB setting. This role focuses on delivering safe patient-centered care while supporting patients and families throughout pregnancy labor delivery and postpartum recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to obstetric patients during antepartum intrapartum and postpartum phases
Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes appropriately
Administer medications treatments and interventions as ordered
Collaborate with physicians midwives and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on labor delivery recovery and newborn care
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical standards and protocols

Required Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred

Licensure & Certifications

Active California RN License (upon hire)
BLS (AHA) Required
NRP Required

Experience

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Obstetrics or womens health experience preferred
