Job Summary
Job Summary for Patient Financial Representative Senior - ONSITE
- Responsible for supporting the Revenue Cycle division by performing account resolution and reconciliation of outstanding patient account balances.
- Works within a multi-facility hospital business office environment handling both inpatient and outpatient billing (UB-04 and HCFA 1500 forms).
- Collects and provides patient and payor information to facilitate account resolution.
- Responds to account inquiries through written and verbal communication.
- Ensures all processes are completed in a timely efficient and accurate manner.
- Meets or exceeds departmental quality productivity and key performance metrics.
- Adheres to the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct.
- Works cooperatively in a team environment to provide value to internal and external customers.
- Supports the organizations Mission Philosophy and core values: Dignity Integrity Compassion Excellence and Stewardship.
