Unit Information: JFK Main CT Tech (726) Location: JFK Main Address: 5301 South Congress Avenue Atlantis FL 33462 Floor: Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 24 Number of Staff 14 Type of staff: Radiologist radiologist techs Ultrasound Techs MRI Techs CT Techs o Day Shift Director Radiologist 6-7 Techs o Night Shift Charge RN On-call team 3-4 Techs varies on volume Patient Ratios 1:1 1:2 depending on stability of patient Type of equipment ALL GE Equipment MRI Units scanners cameras x-ray fluoroscopy EMR Meditech Call Requirements- yes 4-6 shifts a month (on off day) Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ARRT (CT) BLS & Florida State DOH License Strongly prefer experience with GE and Meditech Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CT Scan MRI body scanner X-Rays Create pictures of bones organs tissues and combine to create accurate picture assessment Best personality Fit: Communications skills medical and anatomical skills mechanical aptitude Ability to multi-task work with variety of physicians radiologists patients Dress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable attire.
