Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- Act as a Business Analyst for Temenos Payments Hub (TPH)
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document payments requirements
- Prepare BRDs FRDs Functional Specifications User Stories and Process Flow diagrams
- Support design and implementation of end-to-end payment processing across channels
- Work on payment types including:
- Domestic Payments (ACH RTGS NEFT FPS SEPA etc.)
- International Payments (SWIFT MT / MX)
- Instant / Real-Time Payments
- Configure and support TPH components including:
- Payment initiation
- Validation & enrichment
- Routing & orchestration
- Clearing & settlement
- Exception handling & repairs
- Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces APIs and integrations with core banking channels and external networks
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and TPH standard functionality
- Support SIT UAT and production cutover including defect management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory AML sanctions and scheme rules
- Act as an SME for payments processes and Temenos TPH capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- 8 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services
- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Payments Hub (TPH)
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing and lifecycle
- Strong understanding of:
- SWIFT MT / ISO 20022 (MX)
- Payment schemes and clearing systems
- Experience in requirements gathering solution design and functional mapping
- Hands-on experience with UAT coordination and execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Temenos Transact payments integration
- Exposure to real-time / instant payment systems
- Knowledge of AML sanctions screening and compliance controls
- Experience in payments modernization or migration programs
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models
