Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients providers and other team members are critical to this role.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- ACLS BCLS NIH PALS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Specialities in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU Operating Room
Special Considerations:
- Every 3rd weekend is required
- All RTO must be included at the time of submission. Approval will be based on facilitys needs.
- Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
