Job Summary

Job Summary:

This is an Infusion Registered Nurse position focused on administering chemotherapy and IV therapy to oncology patients. The role requires experience in chemotherapy administration and caring for patients with various cancer diagnoses. The position is Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with potential for overtime in rare cases due to patient reactions or complexities during treatment.
Location:Santa Monica California United States
Responsibilities:

- Administer chemotherapy to oncology patients.
- Administer IV therapy.
- Monitor patients for reactions and complications during treatment.
- Provide care for patients with a range of cancer diagnoses.
- Document patient care and treatment details accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills & Certifications:

- Active Registered Nurse license.
- ONCC/ONS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Oncology/Infusion.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Experience caring for and administering chemotherapy to patients with a wide range of cancer diagnoses.
Special Considerations:

- Overtime may be required in rare instances due to patient reactions or complexities during treatment.
- Commute times can be heavy in the area and candidates must confirm their commute during peak travel times.
Scheduling:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- No on-call responsibilities.
