Job Summary:
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides specialized technical knowledge to support Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) review areas including testing cloud architecture data migration and operations readiness. The SME conducts technical assessments reviews artifacts provides expert input and supports validation activities within a defined scope.

Location:Richmond Virginia United States
Responsibilities:
- Conduct focused technical assessments under the direction of the IV&V Project Manager.
- Review specialized artifacts related to testing cloud capacity and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide expert input into findings and recommendations.
- Support limited validation activities within the approved scope.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 3 7 years of specialized technical experience within the last 7 years in one or more of the following:
- Testing and test automation
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Data migration and conversion
- Operations and DR readiness

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104 AZ-305)
