We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Product Lead to drive the most critical KPIs in Bingo Blitz.
This role owns the entireRetention and Early Funnel challenge: improving Retention Conversion ARPI and shaping the earlyplayerjourney.
The Senior Product Lead serves as both:
- A decision maker and owner of the Retention Squads strategy prioritization and outcomes.
- A Product Excellence Leader who elevates product craftsmanship and mentors Product Managers across the studio.
This role blends deep hands-on product work with broad organizational influence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Retention Squad
- Full ownershipof improvingcore KPIs: Retention Conversion ARPI.
- Analyze player behavior and funnel dynamicsidentifyfriction points and design impactful measurable solutions.
- Lead experiment planning prioritization and decision-making with autonomy.
- Maintain a strong focus on meaningful business results and rapid execution.
- Build and execute a short-term plan focused on fast wins and KPI movement.
- Develop along-term retention strategyaddressing structural funnel opportunities and sustained performance improvement.
- Ensure clarity on expected outcomes and how success will be measured.
- Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead an empowered cross-functional squad including Economy Monetization Analytics UXand Product.
- Create clarity alignment and shared ownershipof the retention problemspace.
- Foster a culture of accountability critical thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Develop team members by modeling excellence in framing problems prioritization experimentation and execution.
- Process & Execution Excellence
- Define effective work rhythms and operating principles that enable focus speed and transparency.
- Maintain a problem-first backlog with prioritization based on expected impact versus effort.
- Manage effort with R&D and squad partners remove blockers and ensure consistent execution.
- Encourage thoughtful experimentation without adding unnecessary process overhead
- Collaboration with Marketing
- Partner closely with UA and Marketing to maximize ROI on marketing spend and ensureoptimalprogression through the early funnel.
- Build shared frameworks for assessing traffic quality cohort behavior and acquisition-to-activation performance.
- Align onboarding and early gameplay experiences with marketing messaging and player expectations.
- Identifyfunnel opportunities influenced by specific cohorts or marketing channels.
- Funnel Optimization & Measurement
- Lead interpretation of early-player behavior andidentifydrop-off drivers.
- Collaborate with Analytics to measure experiment outcomes and uncover funnel insights.
- Ensure decisions are grounded in strong economic and monetization thinking.
- Maintain a holistic understanding of theplayerjourney across acquisition and in-game interactions.
Product Excellence Lead
- Product Craft & Methodology
- Define and champion product methodologies suited for gaming including discovery experimentation KPI frameworksand economic reasoning.
- Own andmaintainthe Product Playbook Best Practices and Experiment Library to raise the professionalstandardacross teams.
- Mentorship & PM Development
- Mentor Product Managers through sparring problem framing prioritization guidance and hypothesis-driven thinking.
- Drive consistent improvement in documentation decision-making quality and analytical depth.
- Hands-On Product Expertise
- Apply deep understanding of game economy player psychology LiveOps KPIs and funnel design.
- Act as a thought partner in strategic studio discussions and planning cycles
Requirements
- 5 years of product management experience preferably in gaming.
- Proven ability to drive measurable KPI improvements.
- Hands-on analytical capability including experimentation and funnel analysis.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and making autonomous product decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills with Economy Monetization Analytics UX and R&D.
- Experience mentoring Product Managers or improving product processes.
