About the Team: Digital and Design

In todays digital first society the digital services we provide residents and businesses need to meet and exceed expectations of transacting in the age of the internet.

The team this role is in supports our progress on our ambitious digital transformation an ourDigital and Customer Experience Strategy andthe post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the digital products delivered are aligned to this.

About the Role:

As a member of the councils digital team you will contribute to the achievement of the Councils digital vision priorities and the development of the councils positive high performing culture.

The post holder will be responsible for:

Creating updating and reviewing content across Lambeths digital estate including the main website ancillary sites Digital Customer Platform eForms and associated online applications so that they meet the needs of internal and external customers.
Contributing towards user research to effectively engage with all stakeholders
Working with council service areas to ensure content accuracy relevance and effective end to end communications campaign management.
