Job Summary
Overview
Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and supporting teams to reach their highest potential In this role youll blend analytical expertise with exceptional service skills to identify process gaps streamline work-flows and help implement productivity solutions that allow teams to operate at their highest potential across the Northwest region. This position is an in-person position.
What Youll Do:
- Enhance the franchisee experience by supporting entry and exit processes and ensuring operational accuracy.
- Assist with on-boarding training and system access for new associates.
- Align regional forecasting and scheduling to boost coverage and productivity.
- Train teams on productivity tools dashboards and scheduling best practices.
- Monitor expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze regional metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Maintain systems with automated work-flowsand apply RCI practices in daily work.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma required; bachelors degree in business data analysis or related field strongly preferred.
- 1 years of experience in productivity operations analytics customer service or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Tableau Power BI or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain data and processes clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or service management systems.
- Positive problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Salary Range: $ base pay. Actual compensation may vary based on experience location and other factors.
