Within the Human Resources department at our sites in Stuttgart or Weingarten we are looking for a qualified and dedicated
Director HR (m/f/d) / Personalleiter (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for Human Resources at the Weingarten and Stuttgart sites including payroll and industrial and commercial training reporting directly to the Executive Director of Human Resources Global Coperion
- Technical and disciplinary management of the HR teams at the Weingarten and Stuttgart sites and the Head of HR at Herbold Meckesheim
- Ensuring efficient operational HR processes and further development of effective HR solutions
- Advising and supporting management on HR-related matters
- Collaboration with employee representatives conducting negotiations on works agreements and other relevant topics
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations and internal policies works agreements and collective bargaining agreements
- Workforce planning and execution of succession planning
- Active participation in and management of HR projects
- Preparation of regular reports and analysis of HR key figures
Your profile:
- Degree in economics with a focus on human resources management or law
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in an operational and if possible broadly based HR role ideally in the metal and electrical industry
- Experience in working with employee representatives and independently negotiating works agreements
- Experience in successfully managing HR projects and applying collective bargaining agreements
- Very good knowledge of labor law
- Very good command of English both written and spoken
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Confident manner at all hierarchical levels combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Negotiation skills assertiveness
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally #LI-SC1
