Job Summary
- 60-day Sales Associate training required
- Assist SL with daily weekly and monthly Studio Leader responsibilities
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new Sales Associates
- Lead the team meeting once a month
- Audit and reconcile any account information needed
- Completing minimum daily productivity goals
- Fully participate in weekly strategic with Studio Leader
- Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
- Ensures that all front of the house systems are followed such as check in process telephone inquiries (general and sales related) guest registration & studio tours member account reconciliation member care calls document scanning & uploading
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
- Responsible for daily walk thru for a premier experience. Work alongside SL/HC for any action needed such as equipment maintenance or inventory
- Processing admin paperwork within 24 hours and sending confirmation emails
- Effectively resolving staff & member needs/questions
- Responsible for supporting SA team needing coverage when needed
- Any additional duties as requested by Studio Leader or Regional Territory Leader
