Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for auditing daily sales and overseeing various communication channels with customers including text email voicemail and indirect mail. Additionally you will assist with printing and mailing customer-related materials training new customer service employees and supporting management with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Regularly update system of record with sales and cancels ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports as needed.
- Sales Audits: Conduct daily audits of sales made by the sales team field technicians and branch managers ensuring all sales meet requirements.
- Customer Communication Oversight: Respond to customer text email and voicemail communication with customers ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Customer Mail Handling: Handle all incoming customer mail and correspondence including indirect mail and website inquiries ensuring proper documentation and follow-up as needed.
- Mailing Duties: Print and process customer statements surveys and other related mail. Ensure timely postage and delivery.
- Training Support: Assist in training new customer service team members helping them understand company processes and systems.
- Miscellaneous Tasks/Projects: Support management with various projects administrative tasks and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry and customer service is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Highly efficient with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
