Job Summary
- To manage the employment of and provide pastoral and divisional care to personnel assigned to the Recovery Cell
- To keep abreast of all developments in Naval personnel and discipline policy
- To be a member of the WMO management team and contribute to the overall efficiency and output of the WMO
- To interact with FasFlot senior management in furtherance of the aims and objectives of the wider Flotilla
- To support EA to CFF as Senior Transit Divisional Officer in all TDO areas of responsibility and keep him informed of current divisional issues
This position is part of the WO Transformation. WEF 31st March 2026 the upper rank for this position will be OR8.
