Were looking for a flexible and talented individual to join our dynamic Estates team you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the Demelza estate.
In this role youll take on a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks as well as installation work across our hospices and retail outlets. Your responsibilities will cover mechanical plumbing drainage systems and general building fabric. Were seeking someone with solid MEP experience capable of responding quickly to issues while also planning and delivering scheduled works with precision.
This role requires regular travel across our operating region. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use or access to reliable transport arrangements will be essential.
The position is Monday to Friday with participation in an on-call rota to support our operations when needed.
