OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Preparing ingredients including portioning chopping washing and storing food; weighing measuring and mixing items according to recipes and quality standards; preparing and cooking both sushi and other cold foods; operating kitchen equipment such as stoves grills microwaves fryers and sushi tools; monitoring food quality during preparation; setting up and breaking down the workstation; maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all tools knives equipment and work areas; ensuring correct temperature control of food and appliances; following all safety hygiene and security procedures; using professional communication with colleagues and supporting teamwork to meet operational goals; and performing physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting items up to 25 lbs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Education: Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
