3x Formwork Chippies Rockingham
$45/hr penalties allowances 10hr days 45 months work (possible perm)

Were seeking 3x experienced Formwork Chippies to join a civil construction crew on the Rockingham Project. This role offers immediate starts great site culture and consistent hours with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role

Youll be working across a variety of concrete and structural tasks including:

Retaining walls
Columns
Stairs
Suspended slabs

What Were Looking For

Proven formwork / civil construction experience (mining experience okay)
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
White Card essential
Own tools (battery drill & basic hand tools)
Own PPE long pants long sleeves boots
Physically fit and reliable
Must have experience with retaining walls columns stairs and slabs
Operator tickets highly regarded

Perks & Pay

$45/hr penalties allowances
Weekly earning potential: $2535.9
Meal allowance: $19 (after 1.5hrs OT)
Travel allowance: $21.94 daily
Tool allowance: $39.60 weekly

Start Date: 5th January 2026

Location: Perth Metro Rockingham

Hours: 10-hour days Monday to Friday
