Learn more at Associate Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist (AUCAS) position is a69-monthtraining position for those with little to no electrophysiology (EP) experience. Upon successful graduation from the program the AUCAS will have the opportunity to be promoted to a Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist (UCAS). As a UCAS the candidate will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP lab staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g. The CARTO System associated software module Partner Ultrasound Systems and associatedAcuNav SOUNDSTAR & NUVISION catheters and all related software modules generators and pumps) during case procedures within an assigned geography. The expectation is that this work leads to meeting and/or exceeding businessgoals.

Under (e.g. limited supervision general direction etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federalstateand local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines this position:

Attend all portions of the AUCAS fellowship training program withoutexception.

Engage in dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders andformulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained duringtraining.

Drive collaboration and maintain consistent open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilitieswith the local team/Pod (i.e. TM and other CAS) as well as the support team (i.e. field trainers site trainers RBD) and other internal and externalpartners.

Understand the dynamics of an EP lab including but not limited to physicians nurses and technicians clinical and hospitaladministratorsand staff.

Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stressenvironment.

Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressfulinteractions.

Respond daily to requests by email andvoicemail.

Additional duties include performing administrative work including managing account documentationcompliance training requirements expense reporting and company systeminput.

Responsible for communicating training related issues or opportunities to next managementlevel

Responsible for following all company guidelines related to healthsafetyand environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in goodcondition

Responsible for adhering to company compliance with all federal state local and company regulations policies and procedures

Performs other duties assigned as needed

The base salary for this position is $75000.

Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography or Cardiovascular Credential (CCIRCS)

Preferred: 1-2 years clinical work experience in a out-patient or hospital care setting

Valid drivers license issued in theUnited States

Will be to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imagingtechnical knowledge of EP technology advancements and the businesslandscape.

The ability to travel related to this role is . Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% overnight locally regionally andnationally.

Advance-level computer skills and the ability to multitask without the direct oversight of manager

Required to train in a hospital laboratory setting attending live patient cases and wear protective gear (i.e.lead aprons)

Position requires sitting for extended periods oftimeand you may berequired tolift upto 60lbs

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs.
