Monday - Friday; first shift. This role has the opportunity to work from home in a hybrid capacity but not fully remote

Required Qualifications: Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst
Minimum of three years operations financial analysis or accounting experience required.
Bachelors degree in accounting finance business or related field required.
Possess a strong knowledge of financial management and accounting theory and practice including balance sheets income statements cash flow profit and loss and budgeting required.
Demonstrate an understanding of health system operations.
Working knowledge of third-party reimbursement practices for hospitals and physicians required
Proven financial and analytical skills including knowledge of cost behavior principles required.
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel (pivot tables vlookups)
Excellent oral and written communication skills for explaining financial recommendations.
Highly motivated and independent to take action with minimal direction or supervision.
Preferred Qualifications: Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst
Prior relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools
Masters degree in business accounting or public health preferred.
