Job Summary
Job Title:Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or Architect at Design-Led Practice
Location: South West London
Rate: 2530 per hour (Contract)

Responsibilities:
Location: South West London
Rate: 2530 per hour (Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Support or lead design stages from concept through to technical delivery
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for residential and mixed-use projects
- Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure design integrity on site
- Contribute to feasibility studies and planning submissions
- Maintain high standards of design detailing and project coordination
- Part II qualified or ARB registered Architect
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in residential or mixed-use projects ideally large-scale
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
