We are currently recruiting caregivers to reliably service adult clients in York County.

As a Bayada Caregiver you will play an integral part of a caring and professional team by following a written care plan to help our clients stay safe and independent in the comfort of their own.

How Youll Make an Impact

As a BAYADA Caregiver you will work closely with a Registered Nurse (RN) to follow a customized written plan of care to improve quality of life of the clients we serve on a 1:1 basis. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your adult clients while providing essential support this may include:

• Activities of Daily Living: bathing grooming toileting nail care
• Household Support: Light housekeeping laundry bed making
• Meal Preparation and Feeding
• Ambulation (transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices) and Exercises
• Assist with Self-Administered Medications
• Companion Care

What Makes You a Great Candidate

• Previous home health care or patient care are welcomed but not required. No training no problem we offer FREE TRAINING (2-days virtually).
• Ability to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.
• Empathy patience kindness and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients homes assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of verifiable work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field) or have completed a state approved HHA training course or vocational school program and satisfactory references.
• Pass a Home Health Aide (HHA) Competency Examination.
• Submit to a criminal background check in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
