Product Design and Delivery Lead

Youlllead the design direction for our UI overhaul and ongoing enhancementsreporting toour Product Ownerworking directly with theTPS teamand external development partners.Youllturn complex requirements into simple elegant user experiences - and guide the process from discovery all the way through to build and release.

In this role you will:

• Contribute to or lead theend-to-end design process - research wireframes prototypes UI design

• Translate business and user needs into simple elegant digital experiences

• Support our Product Owner withproductshapinganddesign roadmap planningWork closely with developers to ensure designs arefeasibleconsistentand well-implemented

• Support deliveryactivities suchassprint planningprioritisation testing and release coordination

• Participate in orrun usability testing and drive continuous improvement

• Championgood designpractices and consistency across the platform

• Improveways of workingtoimprovedeliveryspeedandquality

• Collaboratewiththeteam and contribute to a strong user-centredculture

Ngāpūkengakeiakoe/ Skills and experience

• 3-5 years in UI/UX or product design or digital product delivery

• A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design

• Experience working with Figma design systems andcomponentlibraries

• Understanding of how design connects into component-based frameworks (e.g.VuePrimeVue)

• Experience working in Agileor iterative deliveryenvironments

• Confident communication and ability to present to stakeholders

• Some leadership or coordination experience

• A relevant degreeinIT DesignEngineeringor a related fieldis a bonus
