Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with Technicians nationwide to support parts replenishment and make necessary adjustments
- Process daily and weekly air freight orders
- Working together with other teams (warehouse customer service etc.)
- Respond to emails and complete inventory adjustments in a timely manner
- Submit claims for missing parts to Germany
- Activate and maintain part numbers in the system
- Prepare coordinate and complete inventory counts for all technicians across the country
- Work on inventory counts at the warehouse as needed
What we are looking for
- 2- 5 years experience in inventory controlor related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
The salary range for this position is $52000 to $55000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education experience relevant skills and alignment with market data.
