Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 $43.00 (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
Nights: $3.00/hr
Weekends: $2.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $12000 (2-year commitment)

Role Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Cardiac Telemetry unit within a large acute-care hospital setting. This role is well-suited for nurses with a strong interest in cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation providing care to patients with intermediate-level acuity. The team emphasizes patient safety clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards
Monitor cardiac rhythms and accurately interpret telemetry and ECGs
Recognize arrhythmias and respond promptly to emergent cardiac events
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
Educate patients and families on diagnoses treatments and care plans
Identify clinical risks and actively support patient safety initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma ADN or BSN)
Active Missouri RN license or compact multistate RN license
BLS certification required upon hire
ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire
